Grupo Pozo S.A.C., a construction and real estate company with over 20 years of experience and nationwide presence in the construction and sale of multifamily units, is looking for: SALES EXECUTIVE \- CHACLACAYO RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attend interested customers at the Chaclacayo sales booth regarding our apartments * Provide customer advisory support throughout the sales process * Follow up on prospects. * Enter, prepare, and update all client purchase requirements in the CRM * Coordinate contract signing, banking procedures, and other related tasks REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate and banking * MS Office at user level * CRM usage at user level. Important: Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
