Job Summary: We are seeking a practical, execution-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee operations and optimize processes in coffee and cocoa exports. Key Highlights: 1. At **KURSA Consultores**, we are currently recruiting a **Senior Operations Coordinator** for our client **Inversiones Campo Verde**, a Peruvian company recognized for its sustainable work in coffee and cocoa exports, under the motto *“From Peru to the World”*. We seek a practical, organized, and execution-focused individual to supervise operations and ensure efficient process execution. ✅ Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute coffee and cocoa purchases according to contracts. * Supervise logistics, warehousing, and dispatches. * Coordinate shipment schedules. * Optimize inventory turnover and reduce losses. * Analyze costs and profitability per operation. * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with the Quality Department for batch validation. * Supervise the Operations–Administrative Coordinator. * Manage operational risks. * Conduct domestic travel for operational supervision (subject to prior coordination). ✅ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in operations or logistics. * Experience in exports (preferred). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * **Intermediate English** (spoken and written). * Analytical, organized profile with leadership capability. * We do not seek a corporate profile, but rather an executor and problem-solving individual. ✅ Position Conditions * **Work location:** Lima – La Molina. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (occasional). * **Formal employment contract** with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth within a purpose-driven company with international recognition. ✅ Are you interested in applying?
