Ability to work in a team and learn quickly Job Responsibilities: \- Plan daily dispatch scheduling, coordinating with warehouse and sales departments on all aspects related to customer delivery, ensuring compliance. \- Coordinate with transporters to ensure vehicle availability and optimal service level. \- Update the database with daily scheduling and verify required documentation for each dispatch. \- Maintain physical and digital archives of dispatch documentation. \- Enter dispatch information into the system and generate productivity, operations, and compliance reports. \- Report dispatch results to the sales team. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Graduates from technical or university programs in Administration or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Distribution/Warehouse/Logistics. \- Core technical knowledge in Dispatch and Logistics Management. \- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly. \- Willingness to work onsite in Ventanilla.
