Fosters an inclusive environment for growth and development DESCRIPTION **Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, IoT.** We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer We seek to hire a Cybersecurity Engineer with **3 to 4 years** of experience, responsible for the **administration, configuration, and optimization of security controls across endpoints, web applications, and cloud environments**, ensuring timely threat detection, protection of critical information, and continuous improvement of the security posture. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Knowledge** -------------------------------- **Advanced Administration** * Mass deployment and implementation of agents. * Creation and fine-tuning of prevention and protection policies. * Integration with SIEM/SOAR. * Incident management. * Response to ransomware and APT attacks. * Optimization of exclusions and tuning to reduce false positives. * Integration with Active Directory, Palo Alto firewalls, and cloud services. **Imperva WAF – Administration and Architecture** * Design of security policies for critical applications. * Protection against OWASP Top 10\. * Advanced configuration of custom rules. * SSL/TLS certificate management. * Traffic analysis and tuning to reduce false positives. **Netskope – CASB / SSE / SASE** * Implementation of Netskope Security Service Edge. * Control and visibility into SaaS applications. * Configuration of DLP policies. * Shadow IT control. * Data protection in transit and at rest. * Zero Trust access policy management. * Web browsing protection (SWG). **Soft Skills** ----------------------- * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Decision-making under pressure. * Collaborative work. * Organization and prioritization. * Proactivity and sense of ownership.
