Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the Senior Contract Administrator in managing contracts according to Project Management’s Contract Administration standards. * Draft, manage, and review contractual letters, ensuring proper documentation and smooth communication with contractors and suppliers. * Monitor contractual costs, identify and report budget deviations, and support cost control reporting. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. * Support the management, verification of compliance, and follow-up of Contract LOGs, Additional Works (SDCs), Change Orders (CHO’s), Communications (Letters, Claims), Guarantees, Insurance, Penalties, EDPs, and Valuations. * Support the verification of compliance and monitoring of contractual obligations and performance (contractors and subcontractors down to the final level of contracting), labor obligations with third parties of the AID, and unit suppliers. * Track and provide timely alerts regarding Contract Amendments (Addendums) and renewals jointly with the Senior Contract Administrator. * Prepare final contract settlement reports (Closure), coordinated with Engineering, Projects, and Supervision technical teams. * Prepare weekly contract progress reports for the Contract and Tendering Superintendency based on information provided by technical teams or Construction Supervision (cost reports, changes, risks, and document management). * Track the management and follow-up of substantiation and deliverables reviews, as well as control and tracking of the Payment Status Report signature by Supervision and the client, until delivery of the approved EDP to the Contractor and issuance of the HES by the client, within stipulated deadlines, via the Aconex system. * Track the management of contractor service performance evaluation preparation, as required by the client. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of experience in projects in general. * Desired knowledge and familiarity with the Civil Code. * Desired proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI. * Availability to work on-site under field regime. \#Perú \#LI\-GL \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Jul 24, 2026, 3:33:24 AM
