Job Summary: A major logistics operator is seeking Distribution Assistants to support loading, unloading, and delivery of goods, verifying documentation and managing payments. Product delivery and payment management A major logistics operator is currently seeking **DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANTS** to join our operation located in the **Northern Zone of Lima – Trapiche Plant\-Comas** If you have experience in **warehousing, distribution, dispatch, loading/unloading, stowage/unstowage, or similar operational roles**, this may be an excellent opportunity to join a formal operation offering **payroll registration from day one, statutory benefits, bonuses, and opportunities to generate additional income.** WE HAVE 2 AVAILABLE CHANNELS MODERN CHANNEL An ideal option if you have experience in **warehousing, distribution centers, or similar operational roles**. **Start time: 5:30 a.m.** **Prior experience specifically in distribution is not mandatory**, provided you have experience in: * Warehousing. * Distribution centers. * Dispatch. * Loading and unloading. * Stowage or unstowage. * Distribution or delivery. * Similar operational roles. ECONOMIC OFFERING – MODERN CHANNEL * **Base salary: S/ 1,254** * **Effectiveness-based variable pay: S/ 200** * **Mobility bonus: S/ 172** * **Pluxee food card: S/ 91** * **Family allowance: S/ 113**, if applicable. * **One-time retention bonus: S/ 250**, awarded once upon completion of the third month. **Reference gross income: S/ 1,739** *The amount may vary depending on the components applicable to each employee.* TRADITIONAL CHANNEL In this channel, you will perform distribution routes with a **higher number of delivery points**, so we seek candidates with **prior experience in distribution and delivery**. **Start time: 6:30 a.m.** Required experience includes: * Distribution. * Delivery. * Loading and unloading. * Stowage. * Warehousing. * Distribution centers. * Similar roles related to distribution operations. ECONOMIC OFFERING – TRADITIONAL CHANNEL * **Base salary: S/ 1,300** * **Effectiveness-based variable pay: S/ 200** * **Mobility bonus: S/ 172** * **Pluxee food card: S/ 91** * **Family allowance: S/ 113**, if applicable. * **One-time retention bonus: S/ 250**, awarded once upon completion of the third month. **Reference gross income: S/ 1,785** *The amount may vary depending on the components applicable to each employee.* WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO CHANNELS? **MODERN CHANNEL:** Ideal if you have operational experience in warehousing, dispatch, loading/unloading, or distribution. **Specific distribution experience is not mandatory.** **TRADITIONAL CHANNEL:** Requires prior experience in distribution and delivery. Involves **more delivery points**, resulting in a higher base salary. **Both channels operate Monday through Saturday.** WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT? * Assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Accompany the driver during the distribution route. * Deliver products to various sales points. * Verify goods before and during deliveries. * Review waybills, invoices, and route documentation. * Support product distribution and delivery. * Manage payments via cash, Yape, and bank transfers, as applicable. * Verify authenticity of banknotes. * Hand over collected funds to the driver. * Follow established security and operational procedures.
