Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Environmental or Industrial Engineer to supervise and direct environmental sanitation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Requirements \- Environmental Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field (licensed and authorized) \- Courses in Biosafety and Sanitation, Training in Cleaning and Disinfection, Intermediate-level Computer Skills \- Minimum one (01\) year of experience in similar positions Location: San Martin de Porres Salary: S/2\.500\.00 Responsibilities: 1\. Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate the activities of assigned personnel. 2\. Assign responsibilities to supervisors, monitor their execution, and review reports submitted by them. 3\. Responsible for training, developing, and evaluating the theoretical and practical knowledge level of supervisors and operators regarding proper performance of their duties. 4\. Supervise and monitor environmental sanitation activities (insect control, rodent control, fumigation, cleaning and disinfection of elevated tanks and water reservoirs) throughout all field operation processes. 5\. Comply with and enforce company policies, Internal Work Regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Regulations. 6\. Supervise and ensure that operational staff have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform environmental sanitation tasks in accordance with current legal regulations. 7\. Coordinate and manage with SSOMA, SIG Coordinator, and Operational Management to ensure assigned workers receive training and possess knowledge of environmental sanitation and OSH procedures for special operations. 8\. Collaborate and participate in inspections, audits, and other monitoring mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of risk control tools. 9\. Execute scheduling of insect control and well-cleaning activities. 10\. Coordinate the entry of required inputs and materials according to client specifications. 11\. Ensure good storage practices for products used in cleaning, disinfection, insect control, and rodent control, maintaining product integrity and quality, and ensuring safety for controlled substances. 12\. Provide technical assistance for inspection, diagnosis, prescription, and formulation of chemicals used in environmental sanitation activities, as well as for correct implementation of applicable sanitary techniques, aiming to prevent harm to health and the environment. 13\. Prepare technical evaluation and activity description sheets, as well as work completion certificates. 14\. Prepare, when applicable, safety instruction pamphlets outlining measures users must adopt following insect control and rodent control interventions. 15\. Verify that protective measures are appropriate for the type of work performed. 16\. Conduct client meetings for various coordination purposes. 17\. Monthly submission of Biometric (fingerprint) reports. 18\. Preparation of technical sheets or checklists as needed and/or per service requirements. 19\. Time measurement to improve efficiency across various service-related activities. 20\. Daily verification of input and material checklists completed by supervisors. 21\. Implementation of cleaning and disinfection programs in coordination with user departments. 22\. Monthly distribution of operators according to risk areas. 23\. Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and conflicts among operators. 24\. Verification of well cleaning. 25\. Verification of facade cleaning and washing. 26\. Coordination with service heads for fumigation, disinfection, and rodent control procedures. 27\. Coordination with warehouse for timely material delivery. 28\. Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health. 29\. Incident reports from the unit 30\.
