Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Occupational Safety and Health Specialist to supervise OSH compliance on construction sites, report findings, and deliver training sessions. Our mission is to create safe and productive work environments through risk prevention and continuous improvement. **Vacancy: Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (Bachelor's Degree)** We seek a proactive professional with field leadership capabilities to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines. * Prepare and present technical OSH reports and documentation. * Maintain daily safety activity records and conduct induction talks. * Plan and deliver training sessions related to risk prevention. * Collaborate on tasks assigned by management. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1.5 years** or **2 years** of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Standard G.050 – Construction Safety**. * Strong communication skills and ability to lead groups. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Conditions** * Employment type: **Full-time – Permanent**. * Work modality: **On-site**. * Work location: Various areas of Lima, with availability for travel to provinces as required by the service. * Availability to perform night shifts when required.
