Address and resolve specific accounting inquiries from Branch Network, providing solutions. 2\. Analyze and evaluate incidents; verify whether they constitute fraud and/or operational errors; refer relevant operational incidents to Fraud Prevention or Internal Control. 3\. Handle requests, status changes, and resolution of non-conformities in the Single File. 4\. Suggest modifications and updates to regulations based on implemented or improved processes. 5\. Visit critical branches or those with needs or improvement opportunities, using various information sources (DAR Portfolio) and priorities assigned by Divisional Managers. 6\. Train staff and monitor implementation of Projects (branches in Lima and Provinces). 7\. Organize and participate in the SGOF Committee in coordination with Divisional Management. Monitor implementation of agreements recorded in the corresponding minutes. 8\. Conduct visits to identify urgent, relevant needs requiring immediate attention. 9\. Prepare branch operational reports for Divisional Managements to coordinate action plans. 10\. Deliver training courses for Service Advisors, Service Advisors 1, and Assistant Managers. 11\. Reinforce and communicate operational procedures and processes to the Branch Network. 12\. Coordinate working groups to identify improvements applicable internally and at branches. 13\. Participate in operational testing at new and remodeled branches (2 visits: operational verification and inauguration day). 14\. Coordinate activities related to branch openings, closures, and relocations. 15\. Actively participate in the Retail Banking Business Continuity Project, BRS tests, and Emergency Project. 16\. Participate in the bank’s training plans aimed at branch network capacity building (various programs). 17\. Manage and control travel expenses to provinces. 18\. Administer indicators to ensure result efficiency. 19\. Monitor proper cash management at branches. 20\. Conduct physical visits to branches nationwide. 21\.
