Job Objective
Execute the winding, assembly, and manufacturing process of windings for single-phase and three-phase transformers, isolation transformers, autotransformers, reactors, and special electrical equipment, ensuring product quality, compliance with technical specifications, and company-established safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Wind single-phase and three-phase transformers.
* Manufacture primary and secondary windings according to electrical drawings.
* Wind isolation transformers.
* Wind autotransformers.
* Manufacture electrical reactors and special coils.
* Select appropriate gauge copper or aluminum conductor.
* Prepare bobbins, molds, and materials for the winding process.
* Place insulating materials between winding layers.
* Apply electrical insulation techniques during winding.
* Control conductor tension during the winding process.
* Perform exact turn counting per technical specifications.
* Carry out internal winding connections.
* Solder terminals and electrical connections.
* Identify and label manufactured windings.
* Verify physical measurements and dimensions of windings.
* Prepare windings for core assembly.
* Assist in transformer assembly.
* Conduct visual quality inspections.
* Detect defects in the manufacturing process.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
* Comply with industrial safety and quality standards.
Academic Requirements
* Technical degree in Industrial Electricity.
* Technical degree in Industrial Electrotechnology.
* Technical degree in Electromechanics.
* Completed secondary education with proven experience in transformer winding.
* Preferred: Training in electrical transformer manufacturing.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer winding.
* Experience in dry-type transformer manufacturing.
* Experience in single-phase and three-phase transformers.
* Experience in autotransformers.
* Experience in isolation transformers.
* Experience in interpreting electrical drawings.

Salary: S/.1,246\.80 \- S/.2,792\.78 per month
