Our Peru team is growing, and we are currently recruiting a Senior Planning Control Engineer to join our Project Execution business line in the San Isidro office. **About the Role** * Responsible for project progress and performance reporting, consolidating information—including current status, trends, and constraints—for internal and client use. * Responsible for developing, reviewing, and controlling the project schedule and lookahead. * Accountable for all aspects related to planning, scheduling, and forecasting to ensure the assigned project is executed within approved timelines and in alignment with its objectives. * Support technical teams in activity planning. * Identify risks and opportunities related to schedule deviations and propose mitigation actions and alerts in collaboration with the technical team. **About You** * University degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the mining sector. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of project management principles. * Extensive knowledge of construction strategy, logical sequencing, and productivity for mining construction projects. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (S-curves, histograms, etc.). * PMP, KPM, or related certification (desirable). * Experience with SharePoint and Oracle (desirable). * Desirable: intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
