Job Summary: This position supports the operational management of personnel at the Confectionery Plant, providing assistance in payroll, contracts, attendance, and other administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and employment contracts for plant personnel. 2. Ensures compliance with quality and safety standards. 3. Optimizes staffing levels to support the production plan. **Position Summary:** Production Assistant – People **Location:** Peru \- Lima **Type:** Full-time **Reports To:** Plant Manager Confectionary **Position Purpose:** Ensure execution of tasks related to the operational management of people at the Confectionery Plant, supporting the People Analyst in payroll activities, contract management, attendance and absenteeism tracking, and other personnel-related administrative procedures. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure compliance with quality standards on production lines by documenting non-conformities observed by line personnel. * Collect data on adherence to the defined shift role for the production plan. * Facilitate HR digital tools for line employees. * Execute operational activities related to plant personnel management (e.g., payroll). * Gather data on attendance deviations, absences, medical leaves, etc., that impact staffing levels per production line. * Conduct root cause analysis for people-related incidents. * Ensure adherence to the agreed production schedule by verifying staffing levels per line and optimizing MOI (Manpower Operating Index). * Monitor and ensure compliance with conditions required for high-risk work to guarantee continuity of low-risk operations under established safety standards. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or Food Industry degree * 1 year of experience leading production lines * Power BI knowledge (desirable) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Competencies:** * Proactive collaboration * Service-oriented mindset * Results-driven approach
