We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** **What This Role Is About** Operate the assigned machine, prepare the production line according to the designated work area, and execute maintenance standards to ensure equipment longevity, thereby complying with established procedures for each WCM pillar. **Key Challenges** * Operate production line machinery to ensure daily adherence to the Production Schedule. * Complete safety, quality, and production checklists. * Review the Production Schedule to plan daily activities and confirm availability of required resources and materials to meet defined production targets. * Perform autonomous equipment maintenance to guarantee proper equipment functionality. * Conduct quality analyses relevant to the position held. * Provide vacation coverage for plant personnel. * Perform scrubbing of all production line equipment. **Requirements** * Technical education (in progress or completed) * 1 year of experience in Production. * Availability to work in Huachipa. * Knowledge of basic machinery operation and maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
