Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Risk Prevention Specialist dedicated to prevention and compliance with safety standards for protecting the workforce. Key Highlights: 1. Halt activities posing imminent risk. **VACANCY: RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST (RPS)** Are you passionate about occupational safety and health? At **Climaxi Ingenieros**, we are looking for a **Risk Prevention Specialist** committed to prevention, compliance with safety standards, and protection of our workforce. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily field inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Support the development and implementation of AST and Continuous IPERC prior to commencement of activities. * Verify the condition of PPE and promptly manage replenishment requests. * Record daily safety information, incidents, 5-minute toolbox talks, and other field reports. * Collect and organize checklists, protocols, and documentation for the Safety Dossier. * Halt any activity posing imminent risk to worker safety. **\-Requirements:** \-Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** as a Risk Prevention Specialist (RPS) or Safety Assistant in the construction sector. \-Technical professional or university bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. \-Knowledge of safety inspections, IPERC, AST, PPE usage, and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. \-Ability to work in the field and leadership skills for risk prevention. \-**Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.** * Saturdays: **7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.** \- **Location:** Lima–Callao Metro Line 02 Consortium. \- **Apply by sending your updated CV to:** **recursos.humanos@climaxingenieros.com** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
