If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to build a career with our company, we invite you to join our team! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Responsible for serving Customers (Shipping Lines, Maritime Agents, International Freight Forwarders, Off-port Warehouses, Customs Agencies, End Users, among others.) during assigned shifts, ensuring rigorous technical and documentary validation prior to cargo release. Your focus extends beyond operations to control—anticipating potential inconsistencies and resolving observations at the point of contact to prevent rework and delays. * Review and cross-check customs, commercial, and operational documentation (DAM, manifests, releases, and supporting documents) against system-recorded information to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. Identify regulatory risks or inconsistencies before authorizing releases, technically justifying your decisions. * Supervise automated billing processes to ensure correct execution. Intervene manually when deviations or errors are detected, in coordination with your direct supervisor. * Analyze operational or documentary incidents occurring at the service counter, identifying root causes and coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution. Document significant cases and propose improvements to reduce recurrence. * Ensure information (billable events, drafts, etc.) used to generate invoices is accurate and error-free. Apply local authorities’ and APMTC’s procedures and requirements. Meet established KPIs. Ensure all payment receipts migrate to SUNAT’s portal. * Maintain process continuity under high-demand or operationally stressful scenarios, prioritizing critical cases and ensuring adherence to internal service and control standards. * Generate clear, structured reports on incidents, response times, and critical process points using available technological tools (ERP, Excel, Power BI). Contribute analytical insights to strengthen departmental decision-making. **What talent are we looking for?** * Graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * 2 years of experience as a billing assistant or in related roles. * Knowledge of port operations, customs warehouses, or related areas. * Knowledge of document management and customs administration. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Microsoft Visio.
