Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing fleet and infrastructure maintenance to ensure operational continuity and process compliance, with experience in customer service and automotive mechanics. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet and Infrastructure Maintenance Management 2. Maintenance Process Supervision and Control 3. Technical Support and Customer Service **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance—preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the Maintenance Management System (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise that the maintenance department complies with maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines to ensure vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Conduct daily quality control checks on vehicles located in the yard. SUP 6\. PROCUREMENT ORDER MANAGEMENT Record procurement orders. 7\. MINI-CASH ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update vehicle records in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident. SUP **JOB PROFILE** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ADMINISTRATION, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS OR RELATED FIELD; DEGREE: UNIVERSITY OR TECHNICAL **WORK EXPERIENCE**: PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** KNOWLEDGE OF MAINTENANCE ERP SYSTEMS, TEAMWORK, PROBLEM-SOLVING, ORGANIZATION, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION **ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:** FLEET MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY KNOWLEDGE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. **MUST HOLD A CLASS A1 DRIVER'S LICENSE** **Benefits** * **Market-competitive salary** * **Full payroll enrollment from day one, including all statutory benefits.** Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
