Job Summary: We are seeking an OSHMS Assistant to provide key support to the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System, ensuring legal compliance and risk prevention. The Challenge We are seeking an OSHMS Assistant to provide key support to the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, and a robust safety culture across our facilities and operations. You will actively participate in inspections, trainings, supervisions, and corrective actions that directly impact people's safety. What will you do on a daily basis? Support inductions, trainings, and awareness sessions on OSH, OSHMS, and Environment. Participate in safety inspections (scheduled and unannounced) in operational environments. Supervise administrative and operational activities with an OSHMS focus. Review OSH documentation of contractors, suppliers, and visitors. Verify correct use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures. Support accident and incident investigations. Provide support during emergency drills and waste management. Track closure of corrective and preventive actions. Requirements What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in OSH / OSHMS / Safety and Hygiene (including pre-professional or professional internships). Desirable experience in the industrial sector. **Knowledge of:** OSH / OSHMS / Occupational Safety and Health IPERC, inspections, PPE, safe work procedures **Desirable:** Diploma in OSH.
