That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Responsible for providing support to the Compliance Management team to ensure adherence to local legislation and Gallagher Group policies. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Support the Compliance Management team in administering the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) System, including monitoring and tracking compliance indicators. * Maintain up-to-date mandatory documentation reports and control matrices. * Support management in identifying potential risks and the best ways to mitigate them. * Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to key areas under Compliance responsibility: AML/CFT, Personal Data Protection, Corporate Administrative Liability, Market Conduct, among others. * Actively support the Compliance Management team in monitoring implementation of the Annual Training Program, Group policies, and their local execution. * Collaborate on risk prevention initiatives. * Cooperate in following up on action plans arising from internal or external audits. **About You** * Experience: 6 months in similar roles or in legal, compliance, or risk-related functions. Prior experience in the financial or insurance sectors—particularly in AML/CFT, risk management, data protection, or project management—is a plus. * Academic Background: Currently enrolled in the 8th to 10th semester of Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Canva. * Competencies: Effective communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, adaptability, proactivity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
