Good Pack, a Peruvian company with over 10 years in the market, specializes in manufacturing polyethylene bags and flexible packaging. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of:
**Senior Planning and Management Control Analyst**
**Job Mission:**
To serve as direct support to the Administration and Finance Management, with a high degree of independence and responsibility. The objective is to execute, analyze, and resolve specific management requirements by understanding the business, anticipating impacts, proposing operational improvements, and delivering decision-ready information.
**Requirements:**
* Academic background as a Public Accountant, Administrator, Economist, or related field.
* Specialization in Internal Audit and Control, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Finance, Business Processes, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
* Minimum 3–5 years of proven, relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing companies, budgeting and budgetary control, external and internal auditing, and economic-financial analysis beyond basic accounting records.
* Proficiency in SAP Business One at user level (DTW-SQL).
* Residence in areas near Puente Piedra.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Execute financial analyses requested by Management.
* Prepare reports on: Costs, Margins, Profitability, Budget vs. Actual.
* Address specific requests from stakeholders.
* Coordinate monthly financial closings.
* Identify deviations, errors, or risks and communicate them promptly.
