**Your main responsibilities:** * Participate with the lead auditor in defining the scope and planning of audits, contributing to information extraction, risk identification, and controls. * Support in reviewing the quality of the extracted database (integrity, required fields) prior to creating and/or executing scripts. * Support in creating scripts to verify compliance with credit policies (admission, evaluation, approval, disbursement) and identify deviations and/or frauds. * Participate in audit kick-off meetings. * Support in executing the audit work program under supervision, obtaining sufficient and reliable evidence. * Identify and propose efficiency improvements and cost savings in review processes. * Continuously and timely document justifications related to risks, controls, findings, and conclusions in the audit system. * Perform follow-up tasks on information requested from management and assist in tracking findings from internal, external, and SBS audits. * Coordinate meetings with management and audited teams to communicate the final report results. * Support in drafting audit findings identified during the audit process. * Follow up on finding templates sent to audited management teams. **Requirements** **What do we expect from you?** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. * SQL and Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Knowledge of financial mathematics. * Availability to work onsite in SAN BORJA. **Benefits** **What do we offer you?** * Market-competitive financial subsidy. * FOLA insurance. * Career progression opportunities. * Training programs. We are a Peruvian company dedicated to providing various types of services including TECHNICAL SERVICE, FREIGHT TRANSPORT, TRADE MARKETING, ASSETS, BTL; therefore, we are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE** with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or licensed professional in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial and administrative management. * Advanced level in Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI and SQL. * Must reside in the district of Comas or surrounding areas. * Full and immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage, supervise, and analyze comparisons between the overall budget and actual results obtained, explaining variances. * Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively lead, supervise, and motivate the administration and finance staff. * Manage and evaluate profitability and returns by business line. * Review together with the accountant the financial statements for each business line. * Prepare monthly cash flows for each project in every business line. * Set up cost centers for each business line. * Ensure compliance with financial agreements with respective entities. * Control income and expenses for each business unit and monitor the company's overall budget and individual project budgets. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, seeking alternatives for each. * Direct and oversee the implementation of expense and investment initiatives as well as contractual agreements with company suppliers, coordinating with the respective organizational units generating the expenses. * Coordinate and propose necessary budget adjustments to better achieve goals, considering approved priority scales. * Identify gaps between planned and executed activities regarding procurement and contracting plans, coordinating with Line Managers on actions that help obtain the best prices within required quality standards, super * Manage and report risks inherent to the role performed, as well as warning signs allowing detection of suspicious transactions. * Analyze ratios and KPIs to present to management.
