Job Summary: We are seeking confectionery sales promoters with experience in the traditional trade channel to promote products and achieve sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Track orders and verify deliveries **SALES PROMOTER - LIMA NORTH** We are looking for sales promoters residing in Lima North for a well-known confectionery (candy) company in the labor market. The company seeks promoters for the **Lima North Traditional Channel** (markets and grocery stores), preferably residing in the aforementioned areas or nearby districts such as Los Olivos, Comas, Carabayllo, and SMP. Requirements: ● Completed secondary education. ● Minimum 6 months’ experience in the traditional trade channel as a promoter or sales promoter. ● Experience in direct customer interaction. ● Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. ● Availability to work from 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. ● Immediate availability. Responsibilities: ● Visit established points of sale. ● Introduce and promote the sale of products. ● Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries to raise brand awareness. ● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. ● Track customer orders and verify deliveries. ● Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and relevant departments. ● Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
