Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Specialist who excels in mass recruitment using digital strategies for operational and administrative positions. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Recruitment Specialist passionate about attracting talent, with experience in mass recruitment and proficiency in digital strategies to fill operational, administrative, and transportation positions. Main Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational staff, administrative staff, and drivers. Design and implement talent attraction strategies using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and job boards. Create engaging job postings and manage mass recruitment campaigns. Conduct resume screening, telephone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews. Coordinate assessments, document verification, and hiring processes. Organize and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and on-site hiring events. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track each recruitment process. Develop metrics and reports on time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness. Propose and implement new strategies to increase both the volume and quality of applicants. Requirements Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. Proven experience in mass recruitment of operational, administrative, and driver profiles. Proficiency in using social media as a talent attraction tool (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business). Knowledge of content creation and digital strategies to expand reach of job postings. Experience with job boards (Computrabajo, Indeed, or others). Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Mandatory: Demonstrable results in mass recruitment processes, including achievement of monthly coverage targets of 30–50+ vacancies, and implementation of digital strategies that increased both applicant volume and quality. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. Proactivity, creativity, and goal orientation. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting warehouse workers, dockworkers, delivery assistants, drivers, and logistics personnel. Knowledge of recruitment campaigns via Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Proficiency with tools such as Canva for creating talent attraction content. Familiarity with recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, applicant conversion rate, etc.). Competencies Effective communication. Organization and planning. Creativity and innovation.
