We are looking for an HR Assistant who will serve as a key support in managing our company’s talent. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree, graduate, or candidate in Psychology. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Your main responsibilities will include:** \- Planning and coordinating recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality selection to fill vacancies across various departments. \- Publishing job announcements through mass media and coordinating required assessments. \- Preparing reports based on psychometric tests to support decision-making. \- Managing the registration and control of personnel information in payroll and attendance systems. \- Organizing and maintaining up-to-date personnel files, ensuring proper documentation of staff. \- Monitoring medical leave follow-up and managing the exchange of temporary disability certificates. \- Preparing employment contracts according to current modalities and tracking expiration dates. \- Registering hires and terminations in the respective systems. \- Facilitating salary account openings for employees at designated banks. \- Monitoring attendance of administrative and operational staff. \- Keeping the information bulletin board updated with schedules, safety regulations, and other relevant topics for the team. \- Designing and implementing motivational plans and incentive schemes to foster a positive work environment. **What We Offer:** \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits under the MYPE regime. \- Bonuses and eligibility for profit-sharing. \- Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR) and Statutory Life Insurance. \- Continuous opportunities for training and professional development. \- A collaborative work environment where your contribution is valued and recognized.
