Strengthen practical experience **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT \- ON-SITE / WORK LOCATION: ANCON** Resead SAC, a company with 20 years of market presence, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team and provide operational support in recording accounting and tax-related transactions. We seek an organized, responsible individual with a strong work pace and proficiency in accounting software. **Main Responsibilities** Recording purchases and sales in the accounting system (ERP). Calculation and monitoring of Detracciones (SPOT), Retentions, and Perceptions. Monthly bank reconciliations. Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Support in preparing and validating files for PLE (Purchases and Sales Register). Organization and archiving of physical and digital supporting documents. Payroll support: registration in T\-Registro and preparation of information for PLAME. **Essential Requirements** Technical graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in accounting software (mandatory). Starsoft (highly valued). Tax knowledge: IGV, Income Tax, Tax Code, payment vouchers. **Immediate availability.** **Position Conditions** Work modality: On-site. Contract duration: 12 months (renewable based on operational needs and performance).
