On-site work in Comas."** Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience. * Experience preparing sandwiches, breakfasts, and traditional Peruvian menus. * Leadership ability and experience managing staff. * Organized, punctual, proactive, and responsible individual. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Preferably residing in Comas or nearby districts. Responsibilities: * Prepare and supervise the preparation of breakfasts, sandwiches, and traditional Peruvian menus. * Organize and coordinate daily kitchen activities. * Supervise and direct the kitchen assistant under their responsibility. * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation. * Monitor supplies, portion sizes, and minimize waste. * Maintain kitchen order, cleanliness, and hygiene. * Coordinate product requirements and procurement.
