**FOOD ENGINEER** We are seeking a Graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries and/or Industrial Engineering to join our team: **Requirements** · Experience in Quality Control within food industries and production processes, participation in internal audits. **Technical Knowledge** * Current health regulations (MINSA/DIGESA). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and **food safety**. * Knowledge of **sampling** protocols, organoleptic analysis, and product traceability. * Physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory evaluation of food products. **Personal Competencies** * Leadership and management skills, critical analysis, and decision-making ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Creativity and initiative to implement improvements.
