Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory control, procurement of mechanical spare parts, and operational order in our warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory and mechanical spare parts control management. 2. Maintenance of order and classification of work areas. 3. Support in procurement for maintenance and fleet. A leading urban passenger transportation company in Lima is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory control, procurement of mechanical spare parts, and operational order in our Carabayllo warehouse. Responsibilities: * Receive, register, and control the entry and exit of goods and mechanical spare parts from the warehouse. * Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic counts and verifications. * Timely record warehouse documentation (delivery notes, inbound/outbound notes, stock cards). * Perform daily warehouse closing in accordance with established procedures. * Maintain order, classification, and control of work and storage areas. * Support procurement of mechanical spare parts for maintenance and fleet departments. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in logistics, warehousing, mechanics, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of mechanical spare parts (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work on-site in Carabayllo (Patio Huarango). Performance Metrics for this Position: * Inventory accuracy. * Timely documentation recording. * Completion of daily closings. * Order and control of work areas. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (to be coordinated according to departmental needs).
