Job Description JRC Ingeniería y Construcción SAC, a company specializing in mining sector project execution, is seeking top talent to fill the position of Warehouse Assistant. **Job Description**: Mission: Safeguard and operate forklift equipment to carry out receipt, storage, and dispatch activities for supplies, materials, raw materials, and finished products, in accordance with site requirements. **Requirements**: * Technical degree. * Two years’ experience in similar positions. * Availability to work night shift (5 days per week, from 8 PM to 6 AM). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Prior forklift operating experience. * Valid Class AI driver’s license. **Mission**: * Responsible for operating the forklift to support receipt, dispatch, and other related activities. * Perform forklift cleaning and report required maintenance. * Fully comply with the PETS (Procedimiento Específico de Trabajo Seguro) for forklift use. * Receive and verify goods and company assets (materials, equipment, tools, supplies, etc.) sent by suppliers or sites. * Store and locate goods and assets (supplies, spare parts, materials, equipment, and tools) according to designated zones. * Perform picking and packing of materials for dispatch. * Conduct physical inventory of stock, assets, and company property. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Responsible for issuing dispatch guides, inventory transfer documents, and related reports. * Schedule appointments for supplier visits. * Responsible for maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness to ensure a safe working area. * Comply with integrated management system guidelines covering quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management. * Comply with internal labor regulations and occupational safety and health regulations. * Comply with integrated management system guidelines covering Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Anti-Bribery, and Information Security. * Responsible for understanding, complying with, and applying integrated management system requirements relevant to their role within the organization. * Ensure process integrity when planning and implementing changes to the IMS (Integrated Management System). * Promptly report information security incidents or events. **Benefits**: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee and their immediate family. * Opportunity to join a company with national and international presence in the mining sector.
