Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Recruiter to source and select mass and operational profiles, manage candidate databases, and conduct fieldwork. Key Highlights: 1. Flexibility for Home Office work based on performance FIELD RECRUITER – TALMA Trust Services, a company specializing in human talent management, is looking for a Field Recruiter for our client Talma. Benefits: * Monday to Friday work schedule, 9 AM to 6 PM. * RXH payment modality (end-of-month payment). * Salary subject to profile evaluation. * Positive work environment and ease of work. Work Modality: * Fieldwork (Callao and Cono Norte) * Home Office * In-person work in Barranco (every Thursday) * Temporary assignment of 1 or 2 months, depending on performance and number of hires. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of mass and operational profiles. * Sourcing personnel for operational positions, warehouse staff, and customer service roles. * Generating and administering a candidate database. * Conducting fieldwork across various zones of Lima. Requirements: * Experience in mass and operational recruitment. * Experience recruiting warehouse, operator, or customer service profiles. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Having a candidate database will be considered an advantage. Important: If you maintain an active candidate database and achieve strong hiring results, you may perform Home Office work without needing to attend field locations.
