Potential for remote work with outstanding results FIELD RECRUITER – TALMA Trust Services, a company specializing in human talent management, is currently seeking a Field Recruiter for our client Talma. Benefits: * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Payment modality: RXH (end-of-month payment). * Salary subject to profile evaluation. * Positive work environment and ease of work. Work Modality: * Field work (Callao and Cono Norte) * Home Office * In-person work in Barranco (every Thursday) * Temporary assignment of 1 or 2 months, depending on performance and number of hires. Responsibilities: * Mass and operational recruitment and selection of profiles. * Personnel acquisition for operational roles, warehouse staff, and customer service positions. * Creation and administration of candidate databases. * Conducting fieldwork across various zones of Lima. Requirements: * Experience in mass and operational recruitment. * Experience recruiting warehouse, operational, or customer service profiles. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Having a candidate database will be considered an advantage.
