Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer to operate, program, and maintain machinery, ensuring the quality of produced parts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and program CNC lathe center according to technical specifications. 2. Ensure the accuracy and quality of produced parts. 3. Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Technical Program in Production Mechanics, Machinery and Tool Maintenance, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes. * Proficiency in dimensional metrology (measurement using calipers, micrometers, protractors, bore gauges) and blueprint reading. * Solid knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming. * Programming using Master Cam software. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Solidworks, Inventor & AUTOCAD. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactively resolve technical issues. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and program CNC lathe center according to technical specifications. * Ensure the accuracy and quality of produced parts, adjusting machines and tools as necessary. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation. * Manufacture parts according to drawings and production parameters. * Conduct quality control for mass-produced items.
