Opportunity for continuous improvement and technical development **ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS** ● Completed technical studies as an electrician ● More than 2 years of experience in this position ● Minimum 2 years of experience performing installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance work on industrial and/or commercial electrical systems ● Experience working for service companies ● Minimum 2 years of experience diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in equipment, distribution panels, and distribution networks ● Experience in medium- and high-voltage work (Desirable) ● Minimum 2 years of experience complying with electrical safety standards, preparing technical reports, and supporting material and tool control ● Knowledge of electrical principles, power factor, and distribution systems **(Mandatory)** ● Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques for installations and equipment ● Knowledge of preparing maintenance reports and records, and controlling work orders ● Ability to follow instructions, coordinate activities, and communicate effectively with supervisors ● 100% on-site field work in Metropolitan Lima ● Willingness to travel to provinces ● Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Install and connect ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, DISTRIBUTION PANELS, LIGHTING SYSTEMS, MOTORS, AND OTHER ELECTRICAL DEVICES according to drawings and technical specifications ● Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations to prevent failures and ensure proper operation ● Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, ensuring operational continuity and safety ● Perform voltage, current, resistance, and continuity measurements to verify proper performance of equipment and installations ● Apply industrial safety standards and safe work procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately ● Ensure electrical installations comply with current regulations and established technical standards Prepare and record maintenance reports, incident reports, and executed activities ● Update electrical diagrams and drawings according to modifications made to installations ● Coordinate work with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians for project execution and maintenance activities ● Participate in technical training and implementation of continuous improvements in electrical processes ● Perform inventory control activities for electrical materials, equipment, and tools ● Prepare, verify, and dispatch materials and tools according to work orders, ensuring correct delivery and documentation ● Perform other duties related to your experience and knowledge as an Electrical Technician, as required by the company’s operational needs and instructions from your immediate supervisor **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary · MYPE payroll registration · SCTR and life insurance as required by law · Travel allowances covered · Bonuses for travel assignments · Provision of PPE · Ongoing training · Career development path Salary: Starting at S/.2,200\.00 per hour Application Questions: * Are you a graduate Electrical Technician? * How many years of experience do you have as an Electrical Technician? * Are you available to work in San Martín de Porres? * What are your salary expectations? * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp contact.
