Key responsibilities include: * Answering phone calls and attending to customer requests to reserve rooms or other hotel services. * Managing the Infhotel system. * Providing excellent customer service at all times. * Offering customer loyalty proposals. * Handling quotations for individual guests, groups, and follow-ups. * Entering individual and group reservations. * Processing payments for reservations and coordinating their respective invoicing.
