Comprehensive support in electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting. **Servicios Generales Armane EIRL** invites you to join its team as a **Maintenance Assistant (Versatile/Multi-skilled Technician)**, targeting candidates with initiative, commitment, and the ability to handle various operational maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in industrial environments. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Experience in plumbing. * Knowledge of masonry, tiling, carpentry, and painting. * Proficiency in using tools and work equipment. * Experience in similar roles (preferred). * Versatile or multi-skilled profile. * Ability to adapt to diverse operational tasks. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and willingness for continuous learning. * Availability for on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and facility improvement tasks. * Carry out minor repairs to infrastructure (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, finishes). * Install and maintain sanitary systems (water supply, drainage, faucets). * Identify and resolve leaks, seepage, and malfunctions. * Perform basic electrical work (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, grounding). * Maintain equipment, areas, and infrastructure in optimal condition. * Support preparation of structural materials (cutting, assembly, conditioning). * Perform arc welding and provide support for TIG welding. * Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing work. * Provide comprehensive support across various tasks as a versatile technician. * Manage and safeguard assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Prepare basic material requisitions and inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE. * Report progress through reports and photographic records.
