We seek a committed, adaptable, and team-oriented individual who can provide support in general maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in industrial plants or facilities. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Experience in plumbing. * Knowledge of masonry, tiling, carpentry, and painting. * Proficient use of tools and work equipment. * Experience in similar positions (industrial environments preferred). * Versatile or multi-skilled profile, capable of executing various operational tasks. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn. * Attention to detail and commitment to work quality. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and infrastructure and facility improvements. * Carry out minor repairs on structures (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes). * Install, maintain, and repair sanitary systems (water supply, drainage, and fixtures). * Identify and resolve leaks, infiltrations, and sanitary failures. * Perform basic electrical work (lighting fixture installation, outlets, distribution panels, and grounding). * Maintain and clean equipment, areas, and infrastructure to ensure proper operation. * Prepare and assemble structural materials (cutting, assembling, and conditioning as required). * Perform electric arc welding and assist with TIG welding. * Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing tasks. * Provide comprehensive versatile/multi-skilled support for operational maintenance activities. * Manage, preserve, and control assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Prepare material lists and basic inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the work area. * Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and proper use of PPE. * Prepare reports and documentation, including photographic records of completed work.
