Positive work environment and national/international projection. **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FOOD INDUSTRY MACHINERY)** **Main Office: Carabayllo, Lima \| Willingness to travel nationally and internationally** **We are a metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing and importing specialized machinery for the food industry.** Currently, we are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** with solid experience in comprehensive maintenance of industrial food-sector equipment. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * **1 to 2 years of proven experience** in preventive, corrective maintenance and fault diagnosis of industrial food machinery (mixers, stuffers, ovens, freezing tunnels, dosing machines, etc.). * Solid knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems**. * Ability to **read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings**. * Prior experience in installation, commissioning, and post-sales support of imported machinery is desirable. * Willingness to **travel domestically and abroad**. * Preferably residing in the **northern zone of Lima**, due to proximity to the plant (Carabayllo). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment installed at the plant and at customer sites. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Conduct technical inspections, prepare service reports, and manage post-sales follow-up. * Coordinate with technical and production departments to ensure equipment operationality. * Support continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical processes in manufactured equipment. **WE OFFER:** * Immediate formal employment registration (**planilla**) from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Career path** and professional development opportunities within an expanding company. * Continuous technical training. * Positive work environment, dynamic work, and national/international growth prospects.
