We are looking for a committed, proactive individual eager to learn and grow in the field of general maintenance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in plants or industrial facilities. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Plumbing / pipefitting skills. * Knowledge of masonry, tiling, carpentry, and painting. * Proficient use of tools and work equipment. * Experience in similar positions (industrial environments preferred). * Multiskilled worker / generalist profile. * Adaptability and versatility to perform diverse tasks. * Proactive attitude, teamwork, and results orientation. * Attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and infrastructure and facility improvements. * Carry out minor repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes. * Install, maintain, and repair water, drainage, and plumbing systems. * Identify and resolve leaks, seepage, and sanitary failures. * Perform basic electrical work (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, grounding). * Conduct maintenance and cleaning of equipment, areas, and infrastructure. * Prepare structural materials (cutting, assembly, and conditioning as required). * Perform electric arc welding and assist with TIG welding when required. * Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing work. * Provide comprehensive multitask support across various operational activities. * Manage and maintain assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Prepare material lists and basic inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. * Prepare reports and photographic records of completed work.
