Landscaping improvements and plant care consultation DR4GON PERU, a market-leading company, is hiring 01 gardener for a condominium located in the district of Comas, who must perform the following duties: * **Green area maintenance**: Care for and maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and plants within the condominium to ensure they always appear healthy and well-kept. * **Pruning and trimming**: Perform regular pruning of trees and shrubs, ensuring proper shape and health while preventing obstruction of pathways or visibility. * **Irrigation and fertilization**: Manage an appropriate irrigation system and apply fertilizers or treatments that promote plant growth and health. * **Pest control**: Detect and treat pests or diseases affecting plants and lawns, using suitable products to maintain a healthy environment. * **Planting new vegetation**: Plant and transplant plants or flowers to enhance common areas of the condominium. * **Maintenance of common areas**: Ensure common areas such as parks or courtyards remain clean, tidy, and free of weeds. * **Irrigation system management**: Monitor the proper functioning of automatic irrigation systems to guarantee efficiency. * **Consultation and recommendations**: Provide recommendations to the administrator or residents regarding appropriate plant care and optimal plant species suited to the condominium’s conditions. * **Cleaning and maintenance of tools**: Keep gardening tools and equipment in good condition through regular cleaning and maintenance. * **Landscaping improvements**: Propose and implement improvements to the condominium’s landscape design, contributing to a harmonious and pleasant environment for residents.
