Comprehensive control of materials and equipment **CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN REQUIRED – PROJECT IN ANCON** A construction company is seeking a **Construction Technician** to serve as **Site Manager** for a project located in the district of **Ancón**. **Requirements:** ✔ Graduated or final-year student in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or related fields. ✔ Knowledge and experience in **plumbing and electrical installations**. ✔ Experience in construction site supervision and work control. ✔ Ability to lead personnel and coordinate field activities. ✔ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. ✔ Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. ✔ Proficiency in **Office productivity tools** (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook). ✔ Responsible, proactive, and possessing leadership skills. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site construction work execution. * Coordinate and manage operational personnel. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and drawings. * Coordinate plumbing and electrical installation works. * Control and record material inflow, usage, and outflow at the site. * Supervise and manage tools and equipment assigned to personnel. * Report project progress and requirements. **Conditions:** Work location: Ancón – Lima. Duration: Indefinite term. Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. Immediate hiring. Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Experience: * Construction: 2 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
