**REQUIREMENTS:** Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical and/or related fields are required. * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Specialization courses in high-risk operations. * Training in occupational health and safety management courses or diplomas, fire extinguisher use, emergency brigades, first aid, others. * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and others. * Availability to perform fieldwork at various locations across Lima. * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety regulations, including completion and preparation of IPERC, ATS, (PETAR), safety plans, etc. * CLASS A1 DRIVER'S LICENSE (Desirable) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare and maintain up-to-date records and requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to current national regulations. \- Monitor compliance with safety regulations. \- Plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive safety programs for technical staff (safety talks, inductions). \- Supervise high-risk operations, oversee distribution of PPE, as well as renewal of provided equipment. \- Promote a preventive culture among workers. \- Ensure proper condition of tools used by field technical personnel. \- Report to management any identified safety deficiencies or other issues. \- Perform duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** \*Proactive \*Responsible \*Organized \*Teamwork. **BENEFITS:** Competitive salary based on evaluation / Positive work environment / Stability Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.10.00 per month Work location: On-site
