Our multidisciplinary team operates at the intersection of geotechnical and structural engineering, ensuring safe, efficient, and site-specific solutions tailored to each soil type and structure. **Position Objective** * Execute and lead the structural design of foundations and soil\-structure interaction systems, preparing necessary calculations, technical reports, and detailed drawings to guarantee project safety and constructability, strictly complying with the National Building Regulation (RNE) and applicable standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and calculate shallow and deep foundation systems: footings, raft foundations, mat slabs, micropiles, and piles. * Develop and analyze soil\-structure interaction diagrams, integrating geotechnical parameters obtained from soil mechanics studies. * Model and analyze structures using specialized software (SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, among others). * Prepare detailed calculation reports in accordance with current technical standards. * Develop reinforcement detail drawings in AutoCAD for construction and field supervision purposes. * Coordinate with the geotechnical team to ensure correct interpretation and integration of soil investigation results into structural design. * Review and coordinate engineering drawings across different project disciplines. * Prepare technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and specialty budgets. **Candidate Requirements** Education: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (Mandatory). Experience: 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in foundation design (footings, rafts, mat slabs). Experience in micropile and pile design is considered advantageous (but not mandatory). Software: Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE; ability to use AutoCAD for preparation of construction detail drawings. Technical Knowledge: Soil\-structure interaction, RNE standards (E.050, E.060\), and applicable international standards.
