Pleasant working environment At Geo Perú, we are looking for a Soil Laboratory Technician to join our team in San Martín de Porres. What will be your main challenges and responsibilities? Perform and analyze basic and standard laboratory tests on soil, rock, concrete, asphalt, and chemical samples (e.g., particle size distribution, consistency limits, Proctor test, etc.). Supervise and support sample collection directly at fieldwork sites. Record, document, and review results in the corresponding technical forms. Ensure all tests strictly comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy. Maintain a safe, clean work area and ensure laboratory equipment remains in optimal condition. What qualifications are we looking for in you? Academic Background: Technical graduate from SENCICO (Soil Laboratory program), or Bachelor’s degree / final-year student in Civil Engineering. Proven Operational Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Soil Laboratory Assistant, OR Minimum of 6 months directly serving as a Soil Laboratory Technician conducting tests on soil, rock, asphalt, and concrete. Technical Knowledge: Solid command and autonomy in particle size distribution, consistency limits, Proctor, and related standard tests. Availability: To work onsite in the district of San Martín de Porres (SMP) from Monday to Saturday. Immediate availability to start duties. What do we offer you?
