Identification of constraints and resource management **JUNIOR ENGINEER – TECHNICAL OFFICE** **Constructora Emmanuel Servicios Generales SAC** is seeking a **Junior Supervisor** to join our team. Work Location: Urb. Los Molinos de Carbayllo\-15122 **Requirements** * Civil Engineering professional (graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or fully licensed). * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Experience assisting in construction supervision. * Experience in civil works, finishing works, drywall partitioning, or related construction activities. * Desired experience in field work tracking, coordination, and control. * Desired experience coordinating with operational staff, suppliers, and warehouse personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * Release and prepare work fronts for execution of various project activities. * Coordinate and monitor drywall partitioning, finishing works, and related activities. * Verify and report field progress of executed works. * Identify constraints and interferences that may affect work execution. * Coordinate with responsible personnel across different disciplines for timely release of work fronts. * Timely request materials, tools, and resources required for work execution. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics regarding material requirements and deliveries. * Assist in quantity surveying, executed quantities, and site requirements. * Prepare reports, photographic documentation, and progress reports of executed activities. * Record incidents, constraints, observations, and requirements identified during work execution. * Assist in organizing, scheduling, and monitoring field activities. * Verify that works are executed per drawings, specifications, and established procedures. * Comply with and promote applicable Occupational Health and Safety procedures for the activities. * Promptly identify and communicate unsafe conditions or situations that may affect work execution. * Assist in other site management and execution-related activities assigned by the project manager. **Desired Knowledge** * Engineering software at intermediate to advanced level. * Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) at intermediate to advanced level. * Familiarity with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. * Basic ability to read and interpret drawings. * Knowledge of construction planning and execution. * Techniques, principles, and practices of construction project management and execution. * Responsible and punctual. * Proactive and accountable. * Ability to work on-site and under pressure. * Willingness to work on-site. **Offered** * Microenterprise payroll registration. * Contract duration: 1 month, renewable based on performance and project requirements. **Conditions** * Attach documented CV. **Work Location** * Work Location: Urb.
