***At Lidera EHSQ,*** *a company specialized in environmental, safety, and quality solutions, we are currently seeking an* ***Environmental/Occupational Monitoring Operations Assistant*** *to join our team in Los Olivos.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support in planning and coordinating environmental or occupational monitoring activities. * Assist with field operation logistics: materials, equipment, routes, permits, etc. * Manage operational documentation and ensure proper filing. * Coordinate the shipment and receipt of samples to laboratories, complying with established protocols. * Maintain control over the usage and maintenance of monitoring equipment. * Prepare operational reports and forms as required by the department. * Support administrative tasks related to operations (schedules, requests, etc.). * Participate in continuous improvement activities within operational processes. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical degree or Bachelor's student in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Forestry, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year in similar roles, preferably in environmental sector companies. **Technical Skills:** * Basic knowledge of Peruvian environmental regulations (MINAM, OEFA, ANA, DIGESA). * Experience with environmental sampling equipment (sound level meters, air pumps, water test kits, etc.) – desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). * Experience using GPS or mobile applications for georeferencing – desirable. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
