Design and development of new products **SILICON TECHNOLOGY** Manufacturing of Polymeric Insulators **Job Opening: Senior Draftsman** At SILICON TECHNOLOGY, a leading company in the manufacturing of high-quality polymeric insulators, we are seeking a Senior Draftsman to join our engineering and design team. **Responsibilities** * Prepare technical and detailed drawings of distribution and transmission polymeric insulators and all their components. Drawings of MV switchgear, MV transformers, and LV panels. * Generate graphic documentation for sales, planning, production, quality control, and audits. * Coordinate with engineering departments for design validation. * Maintain up-to-date digital archives of drawings and technical specifications. * Design and develop new products in coordination with the engineering department. * Manage and supervise certain products during manufacturing for standardization. * Ensure designs comply with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NTP). **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical Drafting, Industrial Design, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-3 years of technical drafting experience applied to electrical or electromechanical equipment. **Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD design software. * IEC, IEEE, and NTP standards applicable to insulators and electrical equipment. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. **Competencies:** * Precision and attention to detail. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational skills and document traceability.
