Job stability Salary: From S/.2,500 per month Employment Type: Full-time Location: Puente Piedra, Lima Full Job Description LABOR RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT AT MEGASIL PERU SAC Position: FLEET ADMINISTRATION MANAGER What will be your purpose in the team? You will be responsible for RECRUITING AND ENROLLING DRIVERS, VEHICLES, AND MACHINERY, as well as managing technical documentation to ensure their incorporation into ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities: Enrollment Planning: Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance and recruitment of personnel and vehicles. Document Management: Ensure validity of technical inspections, SOAT (Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance), cargo permits, and vehicle insurance. Input Control: Monitor fuel efficiency, tire management, and spare parts inventory. Supplier Relations: Coordinate with external workshops and strategic suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on availability, accident rates, and operational costs for management. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management. * Solid knowledge of land transportation regulations and road safety standards. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (handling indicators/KPIs). * Availability to work in PUENTE PIEDRA.
