AFTER-SALES MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (HEAVY-DUTY VEHICLES) Profile: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as an After-Sales Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or similar roles in companies within the **heavy-duty vehicle** sector. * Experience leading technical and administrative teams. Requirements: * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles. * Experience in workshop management, warranties, spare parts, and after-sales service. * Proficiency in managing performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with customer service processes and complaint resolution. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Driver's license (desirable). Responsibilities: * Plan, direct, and supervise after-sales department operations. * Ensure quality and timeliness of maintenance and repair services for heavy-duty vehicles. * Supervise compliance with workshop processes, warranty policies, and customer service standards. * Manage the technical team, promoting productivity and achievement of objectives. * Monitor departmental performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and sales departments to ensure efficient service delivery. * Manage and resolve complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. Requirements: * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or higher. * Minimum experience: 3 years in similar positions within the heavy-duty automotive industry. * Age: Not restricted.
