We are currently seeking the best talent for the position of **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER**. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields · 3 to 5 years of experience in the role · Proven experience coordinating mass recruitment of operational staff to reduce onboarding time (operational positions) · Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector (ESSENTIAL). · Postgraduate diploma / Specialization in Human Resources · Knowledge of Labor Legislation, safety, and occupational health. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills · Knowledge of PDT and T\-Registry · Soft Skills · Reside in areas near Ventanilla (SMP, Callao, etc.) · Basic English (not mandatory) · Class A1 driver's license (not mandatory) **Responsibilities:** · Coordinate mass selection processes that demonstrate reduced hiring times · Supervise and validate compliance with all Human Resources processes: · induction, onboarding of new personnel, attendance control, payroll, and occupational health · Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with current legal regulations (e.g., SUNAFIL inspections), resolving conflicts promptly · Supervise and validate accurate registration of hires and terminations with correct dates according to current law / T\-Registry · Present monthly HR management indicators to General Management, proposing improvement actions · Plan and manage climate and culture activities, facilitating integration of new employees · Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies in collaboration with the OHS and medical departments · Enforce company policies and regulations · Lead performance evaluation processes and manage resulting training plans · Lead organizational change management, supporting management during transformation or restructuring processes · Other related duties within the area **Benefits:** \- Market-competitive monthly salary under general regime (all statutory benefits at 100%) \- Working hours: 48 hours per week.
