If you love social media, content creation, and have strong communication skills on camera, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * **University graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.** * Basic proficiency in: Canva and Excel * Social media management skills * Basic knowledge of design and digital tools is desirable. * No prior experience required. * **Strong verbal communication skills, charisma, and empathy.** * **Passion for content creation and on-camera appearances.** * Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. **Responsibilities** * Manage the brand's social media accounts. * Publish content and materials provided by the company. * Support digital content creation. * Assist in communication and marketing initiatives. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: 1300\-1500 * Performance-based salary increases aligned with KPIs. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll: **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * On-site work in SMP. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
