Job Summary: We are seeking a Welding Operator to support work processes, weld metal components, operate electric tools, and maintain a clean workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining a clean and organized workplace **RMD Perú** is a subsidiary of RMD España with over 25 years of experience, manufacturing products for sports surfaces and children's playgrounds. We are currently looking for a Welding Operator! **Requirements:** * Gender: Male **(Non-exclusive)** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * No police record * Minimum 01 year of experience in this or similar positions * Preference for residence in the northern cone or areas adjacent to the district of Comas **(Non-exclusive)** * Ability to operate angle grinders, drills, or other tools **Responsibilities:** * Support work processes. * Welding of metal and structural components. * Proper use of electric tools. * Preparing materials required for assigned tasks. * Performing grinding operations. * Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with established workplace safety regulations. * Reporting any issues or additional needs to the Area Supervisor during task execution. * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace, performing basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. * Completing tasks assigned by the Area Supervisor. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:21 PM (45-minute break) **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,200 \+ bonuses (attendance, transportation, and meal allowance) **We Offer:** * Payroll contract from day one * All statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime * Productivity bonus (overtime pay) * SCTR insurance (pension and health) * Statutory life insurance * A free day on your name day **NOTE:** Interested candidates may ***CONTACT US AND/OR SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTED CV TO INDEED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,199\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Years of experience in this position * Current district of residence and age Work Location: On-site employment
